The Staff Selection Commission has issued the ‘Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination-2025’ (CHSL) advertisement. The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the 2025 advertisement for the recruitment of Lower Divisional Clerk, Junior Secretariat Assistant, and Data Entry Operator posts in various central government institutions, offices, ministries, constitutional bodies, tribunals, etc. Anyone with 12th class/intermediate qualification can apply online by July 18.

SSC - Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination- 2025
Vacancies: Approximately 3131.
1. Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Junior Secretariat Assistant
2. Data Entry Operator (DEO)
3. Data Entry Operator (Grade-A)
Eligibility: Passed Inter or equivalent course. Those who have studied through Open School can also apply. For Data Entry posts in Comptroller and Auditor General of India, it is mandatory to study Maths as a subject in Inter with Science Group.
Age: Should be between 18-27 years as on 01-01-2026. That is, those born between 02-01-1999 and 01-01-2008 are eligible. Relaxations in maximum age are applicable for SC and ST by five years; for OBC by three years and for Divyang by 15 years.
Salary and allowances:
* Rs. 19,900-63,200 for LDC and JSA posts.
* Rs. 25,500-81,100 for Data Entry Operator.
* Rs. 29,200-92,300 for Data Entry Operator Grade-A.
Selection procedure: Tier-1 and Tier-2 exams will be conducted. This is only a qualifying exam.
Selection for jobs will be made after verification of certificates and medical examination.
Question paper: 200 marks have been allotted for Tier-1 exam. Questions will be asked from the
subjects of English Language, General Intelligence, Quantitative Aptitude, and General Awareness. 405 marks have been allotted for the Tier-2 exam. It will include questions from the subjects of Mathematical Abilities, Reasoning and General Intelligence, English Language and Comprehension, General Awareness, and Computer Knowledge Module.
Application fee: Rs.100. Women, SC, ST, and Divyangs do not have to pay the fee.
Examination centers in Telugu states: Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Tirupati, Guntur, Rajahmundry, Warangal, Kakinada, Karimnagar, Kurnool, Nellore, and Vizianagaram.

Eligibility:
For General Duty, candidates should have completed graduation from a
